A credit note will be issued for returned products.
Exchange will be allowed with same or higher value items only.
Items purchased during clearance or garage sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

No return or exchange on Super Saver Combos.

Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
Usage: Items must be unused and unwashed due to hygiene reasons.
Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable.
Items purchased online must be returned or exchanged online only.
Self-shipping: If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product.

Non-returnable Items:

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order. Request here
Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, a second exchange is not allowed.
Payment: Price difference (if any) must be paid during exchange request. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on exchange orders.
Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
Product Exchange:
- Same product/different size: Replacement at no extra cost.
- Higher value product: Pay the difference.
- Lower value product: Difference will be issued as a credit note.
Only one item can be selected for exchange per request.

Process: Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes Biyahuti's quality check.
Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days after pickup and approval.
Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable, but can be exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- Raise concern within 48 hours of delivery with order ID and photo proof.
- After verification, a refund, replacement, or credit note will be provided.
- No replacements will be sent without verification.

Currently, we do not offer return or exchange on international orders.

To cancel an order, do so before it is shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, no cancellation or refund is possible.
For defective products, email us with Order ID and photos of the defect at returns@biyahuti.com. Upon investigation, we may issue a refund or credit note. No replacements will be provided.
